At EMPIRE, we stand behind our gear. If your performance equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your EMPIRE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed without delay.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
